Our Experience

We have been involved in hotel / resort development and management for over 15 years. One of our first projects was managing Strawberry Park Resort in Cameron Highlands in 1986. And we were one of the pioneers to conceptualize this product, offering rooms and apartments for holiday makers with leaseback arrangement. We have gone through some very challenging period especially during the recession of 1986 / 87 and 97 / 98. 

We understand the complexities involved in management of hotels & resorts and the knowledge and experience we have acquired will in turn be utilized to contribute towards the growth of the hotel
industry. Basically, we feel our management skills have been enhanced and tested over the years and we are confident of delivering professional expertise. This is where our company seeks opportunities to offer our services to developers and property owners in the management and marketing of hotels and resorts in any viable location.

In terms of marketing experience:

Locally in Malaysia, we have a strong data base of networking in govt., corporate and travel agents account. We have participate in various travel trade marts and exhibition, within Malaysia and overseas, namely MATTA, NATAS, PATA, ATF, ATE, AIME, WTM. ITB, ICMA, Sales Mission to Australia, Hong Kong, Scandinavia, Europe, etc. In short, we understand the mechanism on how international marketing works in order to promote and compete.
